Grade Two Wheelchair Basketball Coach
This course is suitable for Coaches who wish to progress the FUNdamental skills of wheelchair basketball, and apply these to competitive game situations. Candidates must be the age of 18+. The candidate must hold a Coaching Assistant Award in wheelchair basketball.
At the conclusion of the course, this award will enable the Coach to:

plan a series of wheelchair basketball coaching sessions;

prepare the coaching environment for the delivery of coaching sessions;

deliver a series of coaching sessions to develop players' technical performance – 12 hours community based;

monitor and evaluate coaching sessions;
All candidates will receive the GBWBA Grade 2 candidate pack containing guidance on all content covered on the course and Wheelchair Basketball Grade 2 Coach certificate.
