GB Women's Head Coach - Garry Peel
Garry Peel became the Great Britain's Head Coach in October 2007, what started as a part time position evolved into a full time position.
A former Great Britain player himself, he was a member of the Great Britain squad for 13 years winning a Paralympic Games Silver Medal in Atlanta 1996. He has been a player-coach for the Tameside Owls for a number of years and he continues to play for the club.
He list winning the Bronze medal at the Women's European Championships 2009 as his greatest achievement so far as it shows the progress the women's game is making in Britain and he hopes to continue this progress moving up to 6th in at the World Championships in 2010 and then hopefully a medal in London 2012.
