Women's Development Officer
Helen started with GBWBA in March 2009 after finishing her degree in Sport Science with Management at Loughborough University, whilst studying Helen also worked at Disability Playschemes, as a personal trainer, and a hockey coach.
Helen is looking to increase participation in the women’s game as well as retain existing players and increase the enjoyment of all. Part of her role will to ensure that there are clearer pathways for women to reach their potential. She is also the administrator for anything relating to Playground 2 Podium County Athlete Assessment Days.
In her spare time Helen is a keen hockey player and plays for Beeston Hockey Club.
