Junior Development Officer
Tina Gordon joined GBWBA in November 2007 as Junior Development Officer. She has been involved in basketball for 30 years, initially in the running game and now within wheelchair basketball. Tina's background as a lecturerer in sports development and coaching at The Sheffield College, and a disability sports development meanager for the WITHIN REACH 'ActivAbility' Project in Sheffield combined with her 25 years coaching experience brings indepth knowledge to the role.
In her role she works in partnership with the Lord's Taverners managing and running the Junior League and the National Junior Championships. Tina also supports clubs in the setting up of junior teams as well as the running of them. The PESSYP programme also comes under Tina's remit.
