Coach Development Manager
Jo Richards started as GBWBA's Coach Development Manager in 2008 from Volleyball England, where she had been the Workforce Development Officer.
Jo's role is responsible for coach development and the technical aspects of wheelchair basketball. She concentrates on increasing and making sure people are qualified in areas such as coaching, referees and table officials. She manages the running of coaching courses through out Great Britain and that they align with the UKCC.
Jo has a deep understanding of basketball, as she runs and plays for a running Basketball National League Club the Mansfield Giants.
