Executive Committee
An elected Executive Committee (also known as the Board of Trustees) is responsible for the governance and direction of policy for the sport. The committee members are elected on a two year rotational basis from the membership at an annual general meeting. The Great Britain Wheelchair Basketball Association is a registered charity and as such all Executive Committee members are trustees of the charity.
A structure of sub-committees sits below the Board to advise strategy to the board and carry out certain prescribed activity on behalf of the association.
